1. Harley-Davidson recently debuted a new motorcycle, the Sportster 1200N Nightster. The motorcycle includes several unique features for Harley including chopped front/rear fenders, side-mount license plate, stop-tail-turn signals, front fork gaiters, rawboned graphics and a new finish on the V-Twin Evolution engine. Bucking the system, the motorcycle features mostly black features instead of chrome. What do you think of the new Nightster design from Harley?

HARLEY-DAVIDSON EVENTS FOR 2006 RALLY IN LOVELAND, COLO. ANNOUNCED

MILWAUKEE (August 24, 2006) - Harley-Davidson events for the Motorcycle Rally in Loveland, Colo. at the Larimer County Fairgrounds (The Ranch) in Loveland from September 1 – 3 will include a variety of activities, including:

  • Demo rides provide the chance to test ride any number of Harley-Davidson or Buell motorcycles. Rides are free, but participants must bring a valid motorcycle license and sign a release form.
  • The Harley-Davidson Traveling Museum featuring unique displays of vintage Harley-Davidson products and memorabilia.
  • The Motorcycle Rally in Loveland is a Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) pin stop.
  • Be sure to meet Harley-Davidson staff members and executives, including Ed Schmitt, Bruce Dennert and Greg Alley.
